みなさん、
　スロバキア・コツシエから、こんにちは！
　岡本です。

　空に向かって伸び上がる教会の尖塔、そして、町中どこにいても興味をひく建物が何かみつけられる不思議で、落ち着いた街、それがコツシエです。

　さて、今年のスロバキア会議は、53カ国/地域、約500名人が参加。
　きょう最終日16日に、防災世界子ども会議（NDYS)の趣旨・概要を説明し、『防災世界子ども会議２００５inひょうご』国際会議の参加募集をかね、分科会で発表をしました。

○分科会発表の内容

１．プロジェクトの背景
As you know ,nine and a half years ago, a strong earthquake hit
Hyogo.
2005 will be the 10th aaniversary of Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.
Before introducing our project.
That shows how we have been reconstructing our Hyogo with the great
help from all over the world.
Here we go!

3.プロジェクトの紹介
Learning the lessons of the Earthquake, we have made our great
effoｒｔｓ to reconstruct Hyogo.
Board of education of Hyogo has  been published.
Children of Hyogo has been studying the New Disaster Prevention
Studying.
The goal is to use the lessons we learned from the Earthquake and
help the children grow to be wonderful adults with voluntary mind.

We have been recruiting schools using iEARN Network..
From overseas, we'll invite 10 schools, mainly from earthquake countries.
In Japan, about 15 or more schools in Hyogo will join.
Then, they'll be devided into 5 groups in different themes.

We'll are going to use Educational Information Network in Hyogo.
This is known as the best one in the world.
Web & BBS & TV Conference are free to use.
More the better, they are very much on the cutting -edge.
This means it is easy for you to communicate.
Using this splendid Network, students will proceed their discussion or
exchange their opinions.

Here we have 2 different events.

Fiert is 10th Earthquake Memorial
This will be held on Jan. 18, 2005.
Painting exhibition of the children of Iran will be held
And also, we'll have TV Conference with the children of Iran.

Second one is Earthquake Youth Summit 2005 in Hyogo.

4.プロジェクトの進め方

Video　Conference（many　points　connections）

このプロポーザルで、海外からの参加国の顔が見えてきました。
5大陸を結ぶプロジェクトに進展しそうな気配です。
