12th International iEARN Conference and the 9th youth summit in Dakar

Dakar 2005 connecting people in education is the 12th teacher conference and the 9th youth summit.

This is the first and unique opportunity for French speaking West African countries to elucidate issues regarding the use of internet in education, to raise awareness at the political level, to promote political and institutional mobilization, to develop action in order to reach the IEARN objective: "Connecting Youth... Making a difference in the world".

The other is Video conferencing. Dr. Satoru Fujitani is the first presenter, and Ms.Naya is  the second. Ms. Doris Wu will be the third, Kazuko and Motoko also join.
We will connect Conference site and Japan and Taiwan.
