It is often argued that Disaster Prevention and Mitigation should be part of the culture.  To make an effective international exchange, cultural exchange plays a very important role. NDYS had rightly targeted at this.  

Through the NDYS 2005, Students learnt about each other’s country and culture, they shared their thoughts about Natural Disaster preparation and found that they had many ideas about this subject. Through many discussions we shared fruitful ideas together. Regarding today, March 28th 2005, as the starting point to consider the Mitigation  of Disasters, we will continue working on the study with the words, ”Try to feel, try to learn, try to share” in our mind.
