We got a lot of questions from you.
We would like to share the Questions and Answers with all of you.

Q1.
If we arrive earlier than the 15th in Japan and stay in a hotel, how can we reach the venue for NDYS 2015?
Should we find it by ourselves will the committee pick us up from our hotel?

A1.
On the 15th, we will pick you up at JR Nagoya station,
so if you come to Nagoya in the morning of 15th then we can pick you up at Nagoya station.
You can come to Japan early on your own, but you will need to pay for your own accommodations and make your way to Nagoya Station so that we can pick you up.

Q2.
Would you give us the details for the venue? Name, Address, and Phone Number?

Q3.

For the homestay, It is held in the middle of the program or extended?
Which date will it be from 15 - 18?
Can one of my girls join her friend so that both girls stay in the same house?

A3.
There is no homestay in the program. This is only for those who came early
 and need it.
We will stay together during the conference.
We have not prepared any homestays for this year's conference.

Q4
.
We
are
curious about the weather for January.

Would you give us information about the weather so that we know what clothes to pack.

A4.

In Japan, January is very cold. So far, this winter has been even colder than usual.

Websites like http://www.accuweather.com/en/jp/japan-weather can give you a more updated forecast for our city if you search for gToyota-shi, Aichi Prefectureh, but right now the forecast calls for weather no warmer than 10C and possibly colder than -5C, so please make sure to pack warm clothes.
