The iEARN Natural
Disaster Youth Summit Project is an ongoing
initiative in which students learn how to cope with
natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic
eruptions, wildfires, floods, hurricanes, landslides,
tsunamis, droughts, and other natural disasters through
communication and collaboration with global
friends. The 2015 Natural Disaster Youth Summit
will take place from January 15-18, 2015 in Toyota City,
Aichi Prefecture, Japan. This yearfs theme is

One is at JR Nagoya station at 13;00.
The meeting place is under 'the Silver Clock'

Motoko Hirota and her friends Kingen-san will give you
Taisho-koto, a musical instrument as a present.
The size is about 820iWj~100iDj~170iHjmm.
Motoko
san and her friends are now preparing 40 instruments.
Hope you will be able to take it home and play.
We
will give you time to enjoy playing music during your

the morning on the 17th January
2015, the "TOYOTA (NDYS2015) declaration" will
be announced.

of the meeting to the citizens of Toyota and

the
"Environmentally advanced urban and disaster
prevention forum (Japanese only) ~future of the
