British artist Graham Clarke, who has painted with warm humour and a deep love for nature and people, has agreed to support the World Conference on Children's Disaster Reduction project and has drawn a poster picture.

The poster was shown at exhibitions in Kobe Sannomiya, Osaka Umeda and elsewhere in October 2004.
