The annual face-to-face Meeting & Online
Sharing and utilizing lessons learned from disasters and disaster prevention
efforts across countries and regions!
Starting from Hyogo/Kobe, the place where the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake
occurred, youth from around the world will travel to disaster-stricken
areas or areas where disasters are expected to occur to hold “meetings”
face to face as a place to present the results of online international
collaborative learning. They will deepen exchanges, exchange opinions on
“disaster prevention and recovery,” and adopt a declaration for the future.
We call for even greater solidarity at this “conference” and call for the
continuation of this meeting place.

JEARN(iEARN Japan) held its 10th anniversary event, which followed its annual conference.
Serbia, Taiwan and Indonesia also participated in the annual conference through the TV black board conference
which highlighted the global collaborations of JEARN
